Director of Sales, Americas - Ramco Aviation & MRO Solutions
Reporting to the Executive Vice President, EAM & Global Aviation Solutions, lead the Americas, responsible for business development and driving sales revenue through direct and indirect bookings with the sales and pre-sales team in the Americas. Plan & participate in sales & marketing events, establish and maintain the sales pipeline, set targets, sell & manage the team, further develop the rotor and fixed wing market as well as the MRO’s and OEM’s for Ramco’s Enterprise Aviation Maintenance & Engineering & MRO Suite of Applications.

Specific experience in Aviation/Airlines & MRO operations is necessary with domain knowledge of the industry from a Software Sales/Consulting point is a must. Leadership and aggressiveness, ability to communicate at all levels of the sales process is a must. Training & education in techniques such as concepts around Strategic, Consultative, Solution and Customer Centric Selling is necessary. Travel, team leader, mentor, manager and closer are a must.

Sales Manager, EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) – Ramco Aviation & MRO Solutions
As part of Ramco’s Global Aviation Solutions Group, reporting to the Director of Aviation Solutions, EMEA the candidate will be responsible for business development and driving sales revenue through direct and indirect bookings with the sales and pre-sales team in the EMEA. Support Engineer - Ramco Aviation & MRO Solutions

Ramco’s Aviation Customer Support Center provides support to its customers for Ramco’s Enterprise Aviation Maintenance & Engineering & MRO Suite of Applications.

As part of this group the candidate will: Respond to Customer issues, conduct analysis, diagnose and resolve customer questions and/or problems.; Track, monitor and report progress on the problem resolution and closure; Ensure prompt responsiveness, good quality of service and communication to the customer.

Also he/she will conduct training for Customers; direct the Technical Engineers in report development, data migration, interface specifications activities and other implementations services.

Qualifications:

·                     Degree in engineering or computer science, or equivalent

·                     Functional knowledge in Aircraft Engineering / Maintenance or Materials management

·                     Minimum of 2 year experience in aviation / airline industry

·                     Prior experience supporting clients will be a added advantage

·                     Excellent organization & communication skills, ability to work within tight deadlines

·                     Good Presentation and Training skills

·                     Must be willing to travel as required
