Ramco’s EFB is a real-time Electronic Log Book (ELB) to record all information on flight take-offs, landings and other journey details streamlining the integration of flight operations and downstream maintenance operations.

Digital Logs

Pilots can download the latest maintenance status, aircraft hours and discrepancy list for the aircraft into the EFB from the Maintenance application for reference.

Maintenance Processing

It has Electronic Discrepancy Reporting and MEL Tracking System with full workflow and alerting capabilities. Discrepancies can be recorded electronically when they are observed (Go, No-Go, Go If). Pilot’s can defer “Go Ifs” against the MEL guidelines and record their signature against the deferral. Report discrepancies update directly to the maintenance system for tracking.

Messaging & Communications Interface

EFB can be linked with an existing on - board VHF or SATCOM Systems for real-time communications. Capability used, to file flight plans and send/receive operational messages directly from the EFB.

Ramco's EFB supports uploading data to and from Maintenance system, integration with flight dispatch system, back office systems such as crew pay, training and certification tracking, real time customer billing software.

Enterprise Document Portal

In addition to linking to standard charting applications, Ramco’s EFB is an enterprise portal to all your other flight operations documents. With Ramco’s EFB Central, you can manage document revisions from a central location thus ensuring the lasted documents are in use by the flight crew.

Reference Documents 

All References used on board like AIM, MEL lists, approach and departure routes to airports, runway maps, checklists etc.; synchronize to the EFB from a central location.

Flight Billing - Charter, Air Taxi, Air Medi-vac

For scenarios where flight billing is required, the system provides the facilities to capture in "form action" required data. This data can be auto- uploaded into the company billing software.
