Taking an end-to-end approach, we will demonstrate how we can capture, define, create and track a service document from start to finish. These documents include but are not limited to ADs, SBs, SL, AOTs, etc. We will cover the “Maintenance Change Request Processing” and how it has been improved to better capture and manage various Engineering Order Reference and Compliance requirements.

This session will focus on select processes in Inventory Management and Component Tracking. We will demonstrate some of the value added features that have been brought in Release 5.1 which will enable Hazmat compliance and SOS classification and tracking. We will also cover the enhancements in the process for managing new parts or alteration of key attributes of parts setup.

In this session, we will present the software enhancements in Release 5.1 relative to Material Request Tracking, Stock Demand Management and Stock Transfer Management including shipping note and loss in transit accounting.  These enhancements will enable materials departments in improving their service levels.

Employee Training Management: Handles the administration of various training courses for employees. Training calendars can be created and published, and employee self service features are available to request or nominate employees for courses. Training setup includes maintaining faculty, facility and course information like pre-requisites and post training evaluations. Training administration includes reporting attendance and evaluation of individual trainees, the feedback on the courses and updating qualification of the employee based on evaluation. Time Management:  Set up shifts, and shift patterns and manage the employee schedule, record attendance and calculate normal vs. overtime hours.
