Payments
Participation in the Ramco User's Conference is reserved to CURRENT Users of Ramco Aviation Software Solutions.
Registration Fees (in US Dollars): Full registration includes access to all sessions, continental breakfast and lunch. Ramco does not assume
responsibility for customer hotel bookings.
Seating is limited. Register early to guarantee your place in the 2009 Ramco Users Conference.
Rates:
Before July 31: $700 per person with multiple registrations discount available.
- 2-3 attendees from same company receive a $25.00 per-person discount
- 4 or more from same company receive a $50.00 per-person discount
After August 1: $770 per person with multiple registrations discount available.
- 2-3 attendees from same company receive a $25.00 per-person discount
- 4 or more from same company receive a $50.00 per-person discount
Direct Payment
After you have completed the registration online you will receive an invoice from Ramco to be paid upon receipt.

Checks must be in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank. Please reference the Ramco Users Conference on your checks.
Payment Deadlines:
All funds must be received by Ramco promptly. Please make sure to issue all checks early to allow time for processing within specified timeframe. In case of any problems with your payment please e-mail agatag@rsc.ramco.com or call + 1 305 538 8499 as soon as possible and we will assist you.
Cancellation Policy:
Written cancellations received on or before 30 days of the Users Meeting date will receive a refund less processing fee of $100 USD. Verbal cancellations are not acceptable. Please e-mail your written cancellation to agatag@rsc.ramco.com.
No refund will be given within 30 days of the Users Meeting date. However, a substitute attendee may be sent. Any fees not paid by original registrant will be applied to substitute's fees. By having submitted this registration, you authorize Ramco Systems Corporation to invoice your company for any unpaid portion of your registration fees. By completing the online registration process it is understood that you have read and will abide by our cancellation policies. |
